About GSC
Global Sport Capital exists to change that. We originate institutional-grade sport assets — teams, technology, media, infrastructure, medicine and betting — and, with TokenVault, put them on-chain as compliant digital securities for qualified and institutional investors.

Why sport
The global sports market is estimated at $600–700 billion and growing at about 7% a year. Rights values, stadium economics, data, health and esports have turned clubs and sport businesses into real operating companies — not trophies.
Ownership still sits with insiders, families and a handful of funds. Minimum tickets are large. Holding periods run 7–12 years. There is almost no secondary market. Most institutional LPs who want sport exposure cannot get it in a format their investment committee will sign.
Less than 1% of private-equity deals are tokenised today, against an estimated $400 billion of unmet institutional LP demand. Sport is later still. That gap is the opportunity: take assets that already produce cash and fandom, and issue them as fractional, compliant, potentially tradable interests.
We do not sell a coin. Each deal is wrapped in an SPV, formatted to a 10-section credit standard, and issued as an on-chain digital security. Qualified investors see the same memo every time — thesis, financials, risk, waterfall, ESG — then subscribe to a tokenised LP interest in the EUR 250 million sport capital fund.
